Ed Boxer, NCLEC

Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Ed got his start in the optical field in 1997 after graduating with honors from the Bryman College Ophthalmic Technician program. In 2002, Ed earned his contact lens fitting certification from the National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE). Ed has been with Eye Contact since 2001 as office manager, optician, and contact lens technician. He is often the first face you see when walking into the office and he takes pride in going above and beyond to assist patients with all of their optical needs.

Ed enjoys disc golfing, camping, hiking, and playing computer games. Ed’s favorite holiday is Halloween, and if you stop by Eye Contact in October, expect the office to be decked out in ghoulish decor.
